Arlene SchellingArlene was born to Art and Edith Feland of rural Antler.  She graduated from Mohall High School and the following week was married to Richard Schelling of Mohall.  They have three daughters, seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Arlene worked for 28 years as a stylist at Marian's Magic Mirror in Mohall.  For four years, she worked as an activity assistant at the North Central Good Samaritan Center in Mohall.  She is a life-long member of Bethel Lutheran Brethren Church, rural Antler, where she taught Sunday school.  She belongs to the church's ladies group, attends Sunday school and weekly Bible classes.  She has a ministry of music and sharing the love of Christ.  She has sung for church services, weddings and funerals, various church meetings, organizations and at various nursing homes.

When she styles the hair of someone who has died, it's a time that she spends in prayer for their family.  She feels that styling their hair is one of the last special things that can be done for them and their family.
