LANSFORD - Alice Marie Undlin, 81, Minot, formerly of Lansford, died Monday, April 18, 2022, at a Minot Hospital.
Alice was born November 4, 1940, in Mohall, to Obert and Alpha (Locken) Engebretson.  Alice grew up in rural Mohall.  She attended Hamlet Country School and graduated from Mohall High School.  Alice continued her education graduating from Bismarck Hospital School of Nursing as the Valedictorian of her class.
Alice married Gerald Undlin, of Lansford, on September 17, 1961.  Soon after their nuptials, they spent a year in Kansas as Gerald was called up for duty with the National Guard.  They soon returned to rural Lansford, where they started farming and Alice continued to work as an RN until her children arrived.  Gerald and Alice were blessed with two children, Vance and Julie.
Alice's family was very important to her.  She helped Gerald on the farm and she was heavily involved with her kids.  Alice's Lutheran faith was always very important to her, beginning with Zion Lutheran in Mohall and after marriage, with her involvement in Trinity Lutheran of Lansford.
Alice rarely missed one of her children's activities whether it was sports or other activities.  When she started having grandchildren, they became one of her top priorities.  She never missed her six grand children's activities.  Alice and Gerald would often be seen at sporting events all over the state no matter the weather.  More recently she was blessed with two great-grandchildren.  Alice will be missed by many people.
Family: Alice is survived by her husband of 60 years, Gerald Undlin, Minot; son, Vance (Cindy) Undlin, Lansford; daughter, Julie (Michael Beitscher) Munday, Burlington; grandchildren, Taylor (Cliff) Winkler, Arnegard, Adam (Caleen) Undlin, Donnybrook, Lucas (Reese Varner) Undlin, Fargo, Lindsey Undlin, Lansford, Madison (Jason) Baldree, Land O Lakes, FL, and McKenzie Munday, Watford City, great-grandchildren, Scarlett Winkler and Morgan Baldree; sister, Helen Albrightson, Minot; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Alice was preceded in death by her parents, Obert and Alpha Engebretson; as well as her brother, Milton Engebretson.
Funeral: 11:00 a.m., Friday, April 22, 2022, at Trinity United Parish, Lansford.
Burial: Lansford Cemetery, Lansford, later in the spring.
Sharing of Memories Service: 7:00 p.m., Thursday, April 21, 2022, at the church.  This service is also open to the public.
