Diana Kay Ledoux, 74, Minot, formerly of Antler, died Monday, April 27, 2020, at a Garrison nursing home.
She was born January 24, 1946, in Minot, a daughter of Harold and Georgia (Streich) Johnson.  She was raised on the rural Antler farm homesteaded by her paternal grandparents.  As a young girl, she attended the Antler Community Church and Antler School, where she graduated from in 1964.
She was once married to Arthur Ledoux, with whom she had four children.  In 1966, she moved to the Seattle area for approximately ten years.  She was employed as a poultry processor and was a retired-member of the meat cutters union.
She returned to North Dakota in 1975 and worked at a CNA at the Westhope Home from 1989 to 2005.
She was a member of St. James Catholic Church, Sherwood, was also the secretary for the Antler Historical Society for a time.  She loved gardening of flowers, fruits and vegetables, and was active in it until being diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in 1995.  She also loved antiques and owned a large collection of teapots.
Diana loved children, enjoyed visits from her four children, 14 grandchildren and 141 foster grandchildren.  Her memories of both of her grandmothers made her want to leave special memories of her with her own grandchildren.
Family: her loving family includes her children, Tracey (Rod) Belzer, Garrison, Troy Ledoux, Minot, Todd (Nekki) Ledoux, Abilene, TX, Tamara (Kevin) Tooley, Battle Mountain, NV; grandchildren, Brittani (Bryan) Burkhartsmeier, Alexis (Jordan) Lee, Calli (Michael) Zastoupil, Danielle Navarro, Shyanne (Sean) Gunderson, Jetah Belzer, Anthony Belzer, Dillon (Kirsti) Erickson, Katie (Jon) Ledoux, Jozey (Jacob) Keith, Tyrell Ledoux, Jimmy Ledoux, Jayda (Jeremy) Artz, Reese Artz; great-grandchildren, Kensleigh, Dawsyn, Sylas, Hendryx and Liam; and special friends, Deborah Ledoux, Kim Arneson and Marlyce Gilbertson; siblings, Vicki Jones, Minot, Linda Bergquist, Watford City, James (Diane) Johnson, Antler; sisters-in-law, Barb Johnson, Mohall, Dawn (Marlan) Engstrom, Minot; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Diana was preceded in death by: her parents, Harold and Georgia Johnson; paternal grandparents, John and Margaret Johnson; maternal grandparents, Rockwell and Minnie Streich; brothers, Alan and Jary Johnson; and daughter-in-law, Melissa Osterberg.
Funeral: due to COVID-19 restrictions, a private family funeral will be held on Friday.
Visitation: friends may sign the guestbook from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Thursday, April 30, 2020, at Brose Funeral Home, Mohall.
Burial: St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery, Antler.
