MOHALL - Gloria Jean Foss, 75, Mohall died Friday, September 25, 2020 at a Minot hospital.
She was born September 8, 1945 in Minot, a daughter of Ronald and Helen (Husby) Wright.  She was raised in Mohall and graduated from Mohall Public School in 1963.  She attended business school in Fargo.
Gloria was once married to Ted Foss, whom she married in 1964.  They raised four children.  First and foremost, being a mother was her top priority in life.  She never missed her kids sporting events or a chance to volunteer at their school.  She spent her career working at Title Companies in Mohall, Bismarck and Minot.
Gloria was a member of Zion Lutheran Church and held numerous positions on boards and clubs.
Family: daughters, Kim (David) Thacker, Haslet, TX, Kristin (Steven) Simon, Hampden; sons, Robert (Bridgit) Foss, Houston, TX, and Michael Foss, Casselton; grandchildren, Chantal (Dan) McPike, Dr. Keagan Foss, Marquelle Foss, Berrhett Foss, Madison Foss, and Karsen and Parker Simon; one great-grandson, Elliot McPike; sister, Ruth Ann (Jim) Ackles, San Antonio, TX;  nieces, Jennifer Ackles and Tiffany Smith; aunt, Bernie Heily, Minot; and numerous cousins.
Gloria was preceded in death by : her parents, Ronald and Helen Wright; sister, Sheila Larson, and her grandparents.
Funeral: 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 30, 2020, at Zion Lutheran Church, Mohall.  Please follow social distancing guidelines and mask wearing is encouraged.  A link to a video of the service will posted to her online obituary after the service.  The service will be live-broadcast on the Facebook page of Zion Lutheran Church, Mohall.
